Texas Color Guard Circuit Competition - Vendor Booth Registration

We are offering vendor space for the Texas Color Guard Circuit Competition at Morton Ranch High School on Saturday, February 3, 2024. Booths are $100 each.

Booth dimensions are approximately 8 ft deep by 10 ft wide. You must provide your own table(s) and chair(s). If you need electricity, we will do our best to accommodate. You will also need to provide your own extension cord(s). (Please note that it will be necessary to tape down your extension cords for every one’s safety.)

We expect over 70 competing color guard groups along with their families, and countless guests as spectators. There will be an estimated over 2000 performers and spectators in attendance throughout the day.

Vendor Booths are located where 100% of spectators must pass by as well as close to our concessions area. The color guard portion of the contest runs from 8:00am until 9:30pm. Set up will be from 7:00-7:45 am (opportunities to do some pre-setup the night before can also be arranged).

You may submit payment here, or you may mail a check made payable payable to: MRHSBBO. Checks must arrive no later than 1 week prior to the show.
